KINOPANORAMA ® is a unique 3-lens ultra widescreen motion picture format. Introduced on 28 February 1958 in the former Soviet Union, it was re-launched in Australia in November 1993 by Fifth Continent Australia P/L, trading as Fifth Continent Music Classics [successor in interest]. The rights to Kinopanorama ® were transferred to The Kinopanorama Widescreen Preservation Association, Inc. in 2011.
